Ingredients
2 packs of ramen noodles
200g pork belly, sliced
2 tablespoons chili oil
4 cups chicken broth
2 soft-boiled eggs
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
2. 2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
3. 3. In a skillet, cook the pork belly until crispy.
4. 4. Add chili oil to the broth and season with salt and pepper.
5. 5. Serve the noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over, and top with crispy pork, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more chili oil to taste. This dish can be customized with your favorite toppings.
